Events & Meetings at TRIBE

Thank you for your interest in holding your event at TRIBE, located on the third floor of historic Seminole Heights United Methodist Church. Our perfectly curated community center provides a unique  setting for family focused or community inspired gatherings.

 

However, please note that our facility is not ADA accessible, as there is no elevator, and our center is situated on the third floor. We regret this challenge, and apologize.

 

Appropriate Requests: We welcome booking requests from nonprofit organizations, community groups, support groups, small groups needing a space for a public service project, and other specialty uses by request.

 

Space Details:

  • Total Area: 2500 sq. ft.

  • Two large rooms

  • Six small classrooms

  • Ample parking available

 

Expectations:

  1. Set Up and Clean Up: All groups using TRIBE's space are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up. All garbage must be taken to the dumpster.

  2. Initial Meeting: Before your booking can be confirmed, you are required to meet with our director at TRIBE. This meeting will help you understand both the positive and negative intangibles of our space.

  3. Booking Confirmation: This form serves as a booking request only. Your event is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation.

  4. Capacity Limitations: Our facility can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 25 to 40 people, depending on the setup and type of activity. We are not willing to host gatherings larger than 50 people at this time.

  5. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not allowed to be served or consumed in our building.

  6. Program Precedence: TRIBE is a community center first, and though we will prepare for your event, there may be areas that are not usable or available to your group due to other projects.
