Join us in organizing our signature Halloween event at TRIBE! For the 5th consecutive year, we’re bringing together community members to create an unforgettable experience in Old Seminole Heights. Everyone is welcome! What is the Spooky Stroll Committee? Event Planning Team: Members gather to plan and execute the Spooky Stroll event, ensuring it runs smoothly and is enjoyable for all. Support Through Volunteering: Contribute your time and skills to help us create a memorable event that brings the community together. Social and Fun: Meet other event enthusiasts, share ideas, and enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded individuals. Support Community Engagement: Your efforts benefit the entire community by fostering connection and fun through a beloved event. Flexible Participation: Regular meetings are held every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Benefits of Joining: Stay informed and be the first to know event details. Engage with neighbors and contribute to a cherished community event. A great first step for those interested in leadership roles at TRIBE. Sample Duties: Event Planning: Collaborate on themes, activities, and logistics for the Spooky Stroll. Decoration: Help design and set up spooky decorations to transform the venue. Volunteer Coordination: Assist in recruiting and organizing volunteers for the event. Marketing: Spread the word through social media, flyers, and community outreach. Logistics: Manage setup and cleanup, ensuring the event runs smoothly from start to finish. Additional Details: Indoor Activity: Meetings are held indoors at TRIBE. Adult-Focused: Primarily for adult community members. Not a Drop-Off Event: Please do not drop off children unaccompanied. Engage with the Community: See the impact of your contributions as the community comes together to enjoy the Spooky Stroll. Meeting Schedule: Every Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No meetings on August 20, September 2 (Labor Day), and the Monday of Thanksgiving week.
